It's offical! I can (at long last!) announce my new musical!
It's been killing me to keep mum, but the ink had to dry: THE BRODY BUNCH ON WILLIGAN'S ISLAND is a satirical spin on two well-loved American sitcoms. (Any guesses which two?) This show is going to be an absolute blast, and I am more excited about this project than any other I have ever worked on!
The world premiere is taking place in September at Tri-Valley Repertory Theatre. Far out! Stay tuned for more groovy details...

BEAUTY & THE BEASTY opens at The Lakeview Theatre.
Break a leg!
I was able to catch IT MUST BE PINOCCHIO at the Showcase Theatre in Marin today. Great crowd. I didn’t like the unathorized changes they made to my script and score (what's up with that, anyway?), but the cast was talented and it was fun to meet them. The whale was very cool! So despite the shock of the revisions, it was still lots of fun to see the show
The Masque Unit in Marin County, CA opens their production of IT MUST BE PINOCCHIO. I hope to get to see it.
Break a leg...or a nose!
I just heard the first orchestrations for my new full-length show! (Title to be announced soon...)
They are amazing because my orchestrator, Dan DeLange, is amazingly talented. He does all the orchestrations at The Goodspeed Opera House and has worked with Jerry Herman, Charles Strouse...and Ron Lytle! The New York Times loves his work, and so do I.
BACK TO THE FUTURE - The Game is chosen iTunes Game of the Week! I'm not saying it's because of my songs...but...Coincidence? You decide.
BACK TO THE FUTURE The Game starring Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown and Michael J. Fox reprising his role as Marty McFly, debuts today! Three songs by yours truly are featured in the series: “Rage!”, “Whisper In My Ear”, and "The Future Is Coming Today".
I'll post them here later.

EBCT debuts BEAUTY AND THE BEASTY opens and begins a two-and-a-half month tour.
Two shows a day means lots of broken legs!
01/14/11: One Voice Mixed Chrous in Minneapolis debuts a new chorale arrangment of my song “Old-Fashioned Commitment Ceremony” from OH MY GODMOTHER! The concert is repeated tomorrow, January 15th. I've been promised a video of the performance, but until then here's a clip of another version of the tune:
